Swapna Sridharan

Mrs. Swapna Sridharan is a student of Bharata kalanjali a very renowned school of Bharata Natyam run by Dhananjayans in Chennai, India for over 16 years before she moved to the United States.
She had her arangetram in 2005 and has since performed in various sabhas in Chennai, including Natyarangam festival of Narada Gana Sabha, the Music Connoisseurs Club, The Indian Fine arts Society and The Mylapore Fire arts Club. She has performed in group thematic shows like The Krishna leela Vaibhavam, Nrityotsav, the popular songs of the legendary M L Vasanthakumari and so on.
She was one of the twelve members selected for a cultural exchange program under the banner of “Creative Connections” which toured the Tri states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in 2007 from India.
